Meal planning tends to be something that we either love or we hate. There's very little middle ground here. And I think those of us who greatly dislike meal planning do so because we feel like it's this monstrous task that requires our full focus, unless we want everyone to just eat chicken nuggets all the time.
(Though I do love me a good chicken nugget!)
The truth is, you CAN give meal planning your full focus, if you have the space for that. But most of us just don't have the time to spend our days in the kitchen from morning to night. Most of us have a zillion other things to do, too.
So. How do we meal plan in a way that gets healthy food on our table without it taking up all of our time?

Do you offer refunds?
